1. DO YOU SERVICE MY AREA?
We currently service Augusta, GA -> Birmingham, AL -> Chattanooga, TN -> Columbia, SC -> Columbus, GA

2. WILL THEY SHOW UP ON TIME?
Yes. Occasionally crews are delayed because of traffic or poor directions, but typically we're early. If by chance we are running behind. A member of our office staff or crew leader will call and keep you updated on any delays.
3. ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR STAIRS?
There are no additional fees for up to 3 floors (2 flights of stairs) without elevator.
4. DO YOU WORK ON WEEKENDS AND/OR HOLIDAYS?
Yes, we work on weekends and holidays in most areas. Sunday or Holiday moves are always available. We are closed on Saturday's. We observe the Holy Sabbath. Sunday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm
5. HOW CAN I TRUST YOU WITH MY BELONGINGS?
Our Moving Crews are all experienced and have to pass a national background check.
6. WILL THEY BE PREPARED?
As a courtesy we bring basic tools and a hand truck. The customer is responsible for the moving equipment, blankets, pads, the truck, tie-downs, rope, etc.
7. IS THERE A MINIMUM?
Yes. Due to the nature of our service it would not be feasible to take on jobs less than 3 hours; as we pay our teams a minimum of 3 hours. If your job is less than 3 hours, you still pay the $137.50 for the minimum.
8. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE PACKING MATERIALS?
No. But if you provide the materials, we can handle all your packing needs.
9. ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
NO! You pay a FLAT FEE for up to 3 hours, and if the job takes over 3 hours, you pay a Set RATE per hour thereafter (currently $37.50 per hour for 2 Movers).
10. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
(1) A deposit is paid via the telephone/website using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express or online using a credit card at the time of your order. (2) When your team arrives on the day of your move, the balance is to be paid in cash. (3) When the job is completed, the movers are to be paid in cash. 11. CAN YOU THE CLIENT HIRE OUR MOVERS FOR SIDE PROJECTS OR FUTURE JOBS?
Yes. The proper notice must be sent to our office in writing that you wish to hire our mover. If our service is already scheduled and you cancel because you decide to hire our movers on a side deal, your deposit will not be returned.
12. HOW ABOUT TIP?
Tipping is totally up to you. It is not mandatory but greatly appreciated.
13. HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Reservations are based on availability, so book as soon as possible to ensure a GUARANTEED SERVICE DATE. Less than 1 day notice (not counting your move day), will incur a additional $8.00 per hour rush fee.
